Deploy experiments, scale effective interventions.

Education is recognized as a basic right. Yet the inequity of education is a global problem, and the disparity in quality starts with our youngest learners. For the first time, there’s an open platform to transform how we educate all the world’s children through leveraging the ubiquity of mobile devices. It is essential for the platform to be truly open in order to collaboratively engage a global network of researchers, content developers and local communities to iteratively create, deploy, and verify effective, scalable and affordable solutions for their children. My group is developing tools for these communities, creating new apps, and using Curious Learning to collect data and run randomized experiments with thousands of children around the world to discover solutions that work.
